About Woodland Heights

Our History & Mission
We’re smaller, cozier, and offer more personal privacy. Residents love the casual elegance of this country lodge from its spacious apartments, great dining, and relaxed atmosphere to the beautiful walking paths and raised gardens. We’re located minutes away from downtown Tigard, King City, and Lake Oswego and all of the many medical and entertainment resources that they offer.
Open since the spring of 2001, Woodland Heights is a local, independently owned, senior community with a singular goal: to care for seniors. Using a combination of experience, compassion, and continual training, our staff is fully dedicated to our residents’ quality of life.
Nestled in the hills between Hall Boulevard and Highway 99-W, Woodland Heights offers a unique, quiet charm in the middle of beautiful Tigard, Oregon. With 48 apartments, our residents are more than just an apartment number; they are part of a community.
Woodland Heights and its staff have earned the trust of medical professionals, as well as many families in the Tigard, Tualatin, and Lake Oswego communities.
It is the goal of Woodland Heights to provide you with the services you want and need in a manner that supports your lifestyle and preferences. Woodland Heights RN will review changes and recommendations of Health-Related Services and will update resident service plan as appropriate. At move-in, residents sign a medical release of information allowing Woodland Heights to facilitate the above care.
