Health Care Services

Health Care Services are a core value of Woodland Heights. A highly trained staff includes our Director of Health Services, Jan Tomberg, RN with over 20 years of Assisted Living experience. Medication Aides and Resident Aides also serve you! Jan is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Resident Care
In order to establish the appropriate level of care, an assessment must be completed prior to move in. The Service Plan/Level of Care will be reviewed on or before the first 30 days of residency and quarterly, or as needed. Levels of Care charges may be beyond the Base Rate services. Please refer to the Scope of Services information criteria of Level I, II, III and Plus Service.
